And Shaughna Phillips wowed her fans when she took to Instagram on Saturday to post impressive progress photos from her eight-month weight loss journey.
‘Not at the finish line, but far from the starting line,’ The Love Island star, 25, wrote alongside comparison pics of her in September last year and now.

Shaughna shared two comparison images with her fans to document her weight loss. In the first, she sat smiling in long black trousers and with her hands clasped in her lap.
And in the second image, Shaughna oozed confidence as she flaunted her lean physique after toning up through her countless workouts.

The impressive comparison picture comes after Shaughna nearly gave herself an injury on Thursday as she attempted the splits with calamitous consequences.
She comically told her followers: ‘Due to unforeseen circumstances, splits might take longer than 30 days.
‘Now I know how Tin Man felt being woken up in the Wizard Of Oz… STIFF.
‘I think before I re-attempt my splits challenge I’m gonna look into some life insurance plans… and maybe Bupa?’ she joked.

Speaking to her weight gain, Shaughna previously revealed: ‘In lockdown I definitely indulged a lot more than I used to when it came to food.
‘I did end up gaining quite a bit of weight. I gained two stone.
‘It’s all about having the right frame of mind when it comes to what you’re eating and what you’re putting in your body.
‘Some of you may have already noticed, but for those who haven’t I have recently been trying to get back into the swing of things (life basically!),
