‘When I finally got pregnant, I found it hard to connect with my pregnancy. I was too afraid. When the doctors pulled her from my tummy via c-section and laid her on my chest she looked like the exact baby from my dream,’ she continued.

Tammin went on to say that ‘wherever you are in your pregnancy/ fertility journey know that there is always hope even when it feels hopeless.’

‘I look at her now and I know she was meant to be here. My big brown eyed, raven haired little girl from my dreams,’ she ended.

Tammin welcomed her second child daughter Lennon Bleu, two, in January 2019. She also shares seven-year-old daughter Phoenix with husband Sean McEwen.

Tammin accompanied her post with images of herself crying and holding one of her baby daughters.

‘December 3rd, 2016, was the day that would change my life forever,’ Tammin said.

‘We were about to find out the sex of our baby after many times hearing the heartbeat.’

She said she was being attended to by a nurse with her husband and their daughter Phoenix by her side, when her heart dropped.

‘After a few seconds, my body went cold. I looked up at the nurse and I just knew. “I’m sorry,” she said. “Your baby’s heart has stopped beating,”‘ Tammin added.
