MTO News has confirmed that Kirk Lanell Frost has been arrested, and is currently being held in a Gwinnett county jail, according to official prison records. Kirk Lannell Frost is the name of Rasheeda’s husband, on the VH1 hit series.
Kirk was charged with multiple crimes – including two felonies.
Police pulled over Kirk, and cited him with a driving infraction – an improper lane change. But when they stopped the Love & Hip Hop star, police allege that they discovered that he had a suspended license.
Authorities then searched Kirk’s car and claimed to have found marijuana (which is illegal in Atlanta) and an illegal gun. They also charged the reality star with possession of stolen property.
All in, these are the charges that Kirk is facing and he’s currently being held without bond:
POSSESSION OF SAWED-OFF SHOTGUN, SAWED-OFF RIFLE, MACHINE GUN, DANGEROUS WEAPON, OR SILENCER
THEFT BY RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY – MISDEMEANOR
PURCHASE, POSSESSION, MANUFACTURE, DISTRIBUTION, OR SALE OF MARIJUANA FELONY
PURCHASE, POSSESSION, MANUFACTURE, DISTRIBUTION, OR SALE OF MARIJUANA MISDEMEANOR
Kirk was arrested last week, and has been locked up ever since.
