These Are the Sneakers with the Highest Resale Values in 2019

As 2019 comes to a close, luxury consignment retailer The RealReal recently put together data that ranks the top nine sneakers with the highest resale values over the past year. Nike dominates the list, contributing eight out of nine pairs.

Unsurprisingly, adidas‘ contribution is a highly coveted YEEZY pair – the YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 “Triple Black.” Overall, the continued Off-White™ x Nike collaboration saw the most success on the resale market this year, with four pairs making the list, including the sought-after Virgil Abloh x Converse Chuck 70.

“Virgil Abloh’s Off-White™ collaboration with Nike in 2017 permanently altered the sneaker landscape and resell market by catapulting sneakers to the forefront of the mainstream fashion consciousness as well as further blurring the lines between luxury and streetwear,” Amir Azarcon, a sneaker expert at The RealReal, noted in a recent statement.
