To All the Boys heartthrob Noah Centineo had his tonsils surgically removed last Friday after suffering ‘seven years’ of chronic tonsillitis and strep throat.

The Miami-born 24-year-old gave his 18M Instagram followers a good look inside his throat before and after having the swollen lymphoid organs taken out.

Noah was clearly courting sympathy by sharing several snaps of himself looking forlorn after his hospital visit.

Centineo and a guy pal then indulged in ‘just ice cream’ to soothe and cool his sore throat.

Last Wednesday, the former Disney Channel star revealed the moment he knew he was famous when five fans showed up to greet him in the baggage claim of JFK Airport after tracking his flight.

‘It scared the s*** out of me!’ Noah told GQ before adding they’re friends now.

‘We’re all good. I hug them when I see them.’
